He would do favors for me, try to start conversations with me, he was awkward/shy around me not anybody else, smiled at me, caught him staring multiple times in one day and then he would look away quickly (happened every day), once I caught him looking and he smiled at me. When he stares, it doesn’t feel creepy or stalkerish. There’s more affection or sweetness in the way he looks at you. There’s a good chance you won’t catch him in the act though.
